This robot window cleaner no doubt changes the rules of the game. I live in a three-story house. Ensures my safety and performs work. I can not be happy with this purchase. I noticed that there was divorce on the rugs when they were too dirty. It’s certainly not the robot’s fault. This little robot works pretty well. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than I expected. I found that on the big windows helps spray on the glass 8-10 inches ahead of its path and repeat as it moves down. Terrific machine, so far. Performs well, cleans my windows without streaks. Live near water and outside doors and windows get a lot of salt deposits. The instructions for the cleaner are all there, however, the step by step instructions need separation, as they all run together. Having someone read the startup instructions is helpful. Two sprays of your window cleaning product is sufficient to clean and hold the suction. Placing a hook above each out door window or door to tie the lanyard to is a must to keep it from falling if it looses suction. Inside I used the drapery bar to hold the safety rope.
