Shipping Policy

  1. We offer Worldwide Shipping. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
  2. Shipping is processed timely after the payment verification.
  3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
  4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
  5. If you have not received your order after 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will trace your order and get back to you asap. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
  6. Post Office Box: We can ship to PO Boxes via all shipping methods, except for Expedited Shipping because signatures are required upon delivery. Express shipments of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Specific Country Customer Requirements:

Germany Customers
Please tell us your EORI number if you want to ship by FedEx or TNT . Without them, we could only ship by DHL, Hong Kong post or China Post!

Russian Customers
please leave your full name (at least 3 words), including first name, middle name and last name, otherwise Russian Post will not releases the parcel and return to the goods’ country of origin

Brazilian Customers:
If you want to ship by FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, please tell me your tax number (CPF or CNPJ). Without it, customs will return goods to the goods’ country of origin. Because of extensive customs clearance, the time to deliver to Brazil may be more than 100 days

The time limit for logistics in Brazil would be in 120 days. Please be active in cooperating with Customs for clearance.

Ukraine and Belarus Customers
If you choose to ship by China Post (especially Ukraine, Belarus), please wait patiently, it is somewhat slow, at least will take about 30 days.

Customers from South America
If you have the tax number (such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia, etc), it will reduce much trouble with customs.
